Comes
now into court Malinda Nicole DiRosa, a Citizen of the State of
Louisiana, currently an uncontested fact, appearing in proper
person, unschooled in the law, demanding all of her rights under
the Constitution of the United States and the Bill of Rights to move
this court for leave to file the attached writ of Habeas Corpus In
Forma Pauperis.
The
Petitioner, Malinda Nicole DiRosa, in the entitled action is without
means, is heavily in debt, and has been reduced, by the illegal and
unconstitutional laws of the State of Louisiana to a pauper. The
Petitioner does loath to call herself pauper, when victim is the more
appropriate word.
For the above stated reasons I do move this Honorable
Court to allow this action to be commenced, by this Citizen of the
State of Louisiana, in forma pauperis.
I do hereby affirm that the above is true and correct
to the best of my knowledge.
