Dear Catherine,
Here are the documents I have from the
First Parish Court. I am sorry for the delay but this walking
distance prison is more confining than you might realize. It is
little better than house arrest. I have had trouble begging a ride
from a friend during the hours available to access your office. I
have finally borrowed enough money to hire a taxi to escape my prison
and reach a copy machine and a post office. I can not reach the
First Parish Court to acquire the minute entries. Obviously, if
there is a trial date set, jurisdiction must have been ruled against
me.
