RE: Malinda DiRosa
Clerk of the Supreme Court,
The enclosed amendment to the petition
for a writ of habeas corpus is intended for the one supreme Court in
which the judicial power of the United States shall be vested created
by the Constitution. It is not intended for the Supreme Court of the
United States.
There is little doubt that I have
reached you in error and must again ask you to forward a document to
the one supreme Court in which the judicial power of the United
States shall be vested, the superior court to your inferior
congressional court as you are correct that I have no case pending
before the Supreme Court of the United States.
I had previously asked that I be
notified by phone of the correct name and address of the one supreme
Court in which the judicial power of the United States shall be
vested so that I may reach them directly, however, this did not
happen as I have received no call from anyone identifying themselves
as the clerk of either court.
Surely you must be able to forward
this document to the clerk of the superior Court and must also know
their correct name and mailing address. With this in mind I did
enclose a self-addressed stamped envelope with a page on which you
may write the correct name and the correct address of the one supreme
Court that I seek and we may, in the future, avoid these unnecessary
delays.
I have enclosed all of the documents
to be forwarded to the one supreme Court in which the judicial power
of the United States shall be vested created by article III of the
constitution in the enclosed envelope. Please forward them.
thank you for your time
