office of the Attorney General of the State of Louisiana currently
quartering a citizen of the United States:
You are
hereby summoned and required to serve upon Michael E. DiRosa,
Plaintiff in proper person, whose address is c/o 318 Lakeshore
Parkway, New Orleans, Louisiana, 70124, an answer to the complaint
which is herewith served upon the State of Louisiana, within 20 days
of service. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken
against you for the relief demanded in the complaint. As a doctor of
law, you must be aware that this summons and instituted complaint is
valid despite any illegal adjudgments of the clerk of the Untied
States Supreme Court or clerical errors on the part of the Plaintiff,
ignorant in Law.
