Forced, at the
point of a bayonet, before this travesty pretending to be a court,
now stands this Defendant, Michael E. DiRosa, a Sovereign Citizen of
the State of Louisiana.
This Defendant does
hereby formally charge all parties concerned with treason against
this Sovereign Citizen of the State of Louisiana, all Citizens of the
State of Louisiana and all Sovereign Citizens of these United States.
There can be no
doubt that these lying, traitorous, thieves aspiring to be scum know
that the right to be born a Sovereign Citizen of the State of
Louisiana has been stolen, at the point of a bayonet.
There can be no
doubt that these lying, traitorous thieves aspiring to be scum know that they are
willing Co-Conspirators in the perpetuation of the original act of
the overthrow of all of the Sovereign Citizens of the United States.
Surely these sworn
associates understand the English language. They hold a Doctorate in
law and proudly proclaim themselves to be esquires of the Tyrant who,
with their willing assistance, enslaved us all.
There can be no
doubt. Member of the Bar Association and Traitor are synonymous
terms. The only question remaining is; are the terms Clerk, Court
Reporter , bailiff, police, editor, news reporter, or secretary
synonyms for collaborator?
For beings with
nothing to hide, the silence is deafening.
Even if a Doctor of
law could, somehow, get past the presumption of knowledge of the law,
when confronted with absolute and irrefutable proof of the tyranny
they have forced upon us, silence is their only reply. Fraud their
only defense.
Evidently, even in
law, when you turn on the light the cockroaches scurry.
Do the various
inquisitors not know in which type of court they do sit? If they
have nothing to hide why won't they tell this Defendant? This
Defendant has deduced that he is standing before a federal admiralty
court. Yet, this Defendant can't even get a judge to confirm or deny
this deduction.
If the Plaintiff
has a valid cause of action, right of action and standing, why don't
they prove it? Aren't they proud of what they have done? Surely
they must know by what right they have destroyed so many lives. If
they have nothing to hide? Why are they hiding it?
Surely the district
attorney, the judge, the impostor claiming to be the State of
Louisiana and his overseer known as the Department of Public Safety
and Corrections know by what fiction of law they have pretended to
have the right to parade a vanquished people before them to be
robbed, beaten and imprisoned.
These vile
treasonous thieves aspiring to be scum have no defense to the charge
of Treason. There is no honor to defend. They have betrayed us all.
The proof is positive and irrefutable, and is further evidenced by
the total silence of all Co-Conspirators. There simply is no defense
to the treacherous enslavement of all State Citizens under the
pretense of law, at the point of a bayonet.
These
Co-Conspirators can't even claim to have built us a utopia on the
back of this treachery. No, they have only built another tyrannical
police state as heinous as any which have disgraced our species and
this planet.
The Louisiana
Supreme Court knows that First Parish Court, Parish of Jefferson,
State of Louisiana is a federal admiralty court and that this
Defendant has been taken up and carried across seas to be tried for
pretend offenses. Yet, their response to a direct challenge had been
fraud and silence.
Each justice of the
Louisiana Supreme Court knows that they have less right to warm those
chairs than does the janitor who sweeps the floor they soil. Yet,
prosecutions continue. Even to this day, with their willing
assistance, the Tyrant they serve oppresses us all. Exactly to whom
did you sell us? Who is the hidden king who claims to own our land
and our vehicles?
Even the United
States Supreme Court, Co-Conspirators all, have pretended that the
overthrow of the United States, at the point of a bayonet, has been
a legal act since they declared the butchers to be freed slaves and
argued over the redress of grievance of a freed slave like Hans. A
decree of honorable is the only way honorable and their name could
ever be associated. But, then again, look at who decreed them to be
honorable.
Of course, the
United States Supreme Court, with everything to hide, has chosen to
hide behind the treacherous liar, thief, and bungling murderer they
call the Clerk of that, presumably, once noble court. Evidently, a
direct challenge to the overthrow of the United States is not worthy
of their consideration. It is a matter for summary judgment of the
clerk.
Evidently, the
various justices of the United States Supreme Court have somehow
convinced themselves that the status of freed slave is what our
founding fathers have envisioned for us. All of the people who
fought for this country were only fighting for their continued
servitude, not for freedom. Visit a Veteran's cemetery and know that
you betrayed them all. Visit any cemetery and know that you betrayed
them all.
What sickness of
character can pretend that the Citizens of the Various States really
wanted to be mere subjects of the Tyrant and not Kings? What
sickness of character can pretend that our founding fathers intended
for us to be reduced to the character of a freed slave? What
sickness of character can take money to appear in court as your
betrayer? To accept money for the knife you just stuck in their
back. It has been going on since the lawyer for the butchers sold
the butchers out and pled them as freed African Slaves. Hans's
lawyer tried to circumvent his own treachery as he sold Hans out.
The lawyers even tried to blackmail the United States Supreme
Traitors by threatening to spill the beans on their traitorous acts.
One must question
the logic of that threat. Surely the United States Supreme Court was
not fooled by so obvious a bluff. If you were to find enough honor
to spill the beans on the betrayal of the United States, you would
have had to damn yourself as the lying, conniving, traitorous thieves
you are. All Citizens of the Various States would have had their
Kingdoms restored and Africans, that poor unfortunate race, would
have been Kings too, the very opposite of your desired result.
There is one good
thing that has come of these proceedings to date. I have learned
that deficiency of character is not race or gender related. The
enrollment of the association of traitors known as the Bar does prove
that. Lying, thieving, deceitful traitor who sold out his own mother
seems to be a personal choice and not a defect in any of these
particular subset of humanity.
I have tried to
come up with a less offensive descriptive word that describes the
current state of things. Traitor is, unfortunately, the least
offensive word I can find. There can be no doubt that attempted
murder does accurately fit the circumstances as I am unable to flee
for my life from natural disasters. I'll admit that it is as clumsy
an attempt at murder as you can get. It is analogous to being buried
in the sand to be drowned by the rising tide and miscalculating the
height of the tide. The survival of the intended victim is not the
issue. The circumstances in which you left the intended victim is
the issue. You intentionally, with malice certain, left him there to
die, just as you stranded me in New Orleans to die for three
hurricanes and a flood.
Yet, still, after
literally years, it has been an uncontested fact that vile treasonous
thieves have overrun the State of Louisiana. Yet, people are still
mugged daily in traffic court. But, what can one expect from someone
who would sell his own family into slavery? I believe that the
correct legal position is that only a vile treasonous thief would not
defend himself against an allegation that he was a vile treasonous
thief. But, then again, what defense is there? You are a vile
treasonous thief. You betrayed us all. It is no wonder that you
have no defense from the truth.
However, even
multiple attempts on my life pale in comparison to the big picture.
You have betrayed us all. There is no other word but Traitor. My
illegal imprisonment, at the hands of horse thieves, for nearly two
years, pales in comparison to the big picture. You have betrayed us
all. You have stolen everything of value from me and my fellow
Citizens and sworn allies. You have betrayed us all. There is no
other word but TRAITOR.
How proud you must
be to be an Esquire of the Illegitimate king of the United States. A
Co-Conspirator in the overthrow of your own family and countrymen. A
willing accomplice to their enslavement and ignorance. A traitor to
everyone you see.
You have lied to,
stolen from and betrayed everyone who has ever seen your face. From
the woman who suckled you to the pall bearers who will carry you to
judgment, you have betrayed them all. People may ignorantly mourn
for the lying, thieving, scum who has sold them out. (My apologies
to scum. The bar has been lowered.) They may even ignorantly place
a less appropriate epitaph than the one you deserve. "He has
betrayed us all." How proud you must be.
How does one
justify the drawing of breath? Even Judas was too ashamed to live
and he only betrayed one man and that man wasn't even his own family.
Yet, you have betrayed not only everyone who has ever seen your
face, but also everyone they know. How proud you must be. My life
was a stain on the linen of humanity. I cheated and betrayed
everyone. I helped destroy more lives and helped cause more
suffering than Hitler, Mussolini, Lennon and Stalin combined. I
helped bring my own country to its knees. How proud you must be,
Traitor. Even Benedict Arnold can't hold a candle to your treachery.
How proud you must be, Traitor.
May God save the
Sovereign Citizens of the State of Louisiana from the leech which
binds us.
I deeply regret
that the above is true and correct to the best of my knowledge and
belief, but true and correct it is as I do hereby certify this 16th
day of September, 2008.
