Cynthia J. Johnston
Bossier Parish Clerk of Court.
P.O. Box 430
Benton, LA 71006-0430
Cynthia J Johnston,
I am sorry, my ill packaging of the
enclosed material seems to have caused some confusion. The cover
letter on the material is to the Clerk of the Supreme Court and the
one enclosed is a copy for the court in the cases on the criminal
docket of the 26th Judicial District Court numbered
172,621; 172,622; 172,623. All of the documents that I had sent to
you were copies of the originals sent to the Supreme Court in
Washington D.C. Hence, the /s/ on all of the documents. They are
copies to facilitate proper notice of the 26th Judicial
District Court as a concerned party.
In order to expedite matters I have
returned the documents by way of the postal service, next day
service. Please place these copies of the originals sent to the
Supreme Court, Washington D.C. in with the other documents and made
part of the record in cases numbered 172,621; 172,622; and 172,623
which are assigned to judge Stinson, Jr.
The second copy is for the district
attorney in these above mentioned cases.
Please see the last page Certificate
of Service (Page 7 of 7.)
Again, I am sorry for the confusion.
