Sovereignty.
The true American treasure is on the
front of the documents,
not the back.
You have seen the supreme Court tell
you that, at one time, in this country, you were born a King, a
Sovereign Citizen. It is self-evident. Negroes however are not
really people, they are considered subhuman and, therefore, can not
be Kings. This was in the Dred Scott case. [translation]
The Louisiana Bar Association
confessed that a group of conspirators took over congress, invaded 10
States, installed puppet governments and used these puppet
governments to force the fourteenth amendment upon us. This is in the Dubious Origins of the 14th amendment.

You have seen the supreme Court tell
you that a second class of citizenship was created in this country by
the fourteenth amendment. There are the Sovereign Citizens of a
State as always and now there is a class of citizenship
for the subhumans. They are called citizens of the United States. The subhumans are not Sovereigns, they are
subjects and we tightly control them for their own good. Slaughterhouse Cases

The supreme Court also told you that
your self-evident unalienable rights were no longer a birthright,
they were alienable by the lack of a bona fide residence or a slip of

These were butchers. Surely they had
a shop and a place to live. Yet, the lawyer, admitted to practice
before this Court, botched the case and claimed that the butchers did
not want their unalienable rights as Citizens of the State, they
wanted the rights of freed slaves. Slaughterhouse Cases

The Court then took the position that
if they want to be treated as freed slaves, then freed slaves they
were and chided the lawyer, admitted to practice before this Court,
for his incompetence and alienated the unalienable rights of the

There are only two things that you
need to be a Sovereign since the 14th amendment was forced
upon us. You have to want to be a King and you need a bona fide
residence. Could there also have been something wrong with the bona
fide residence of the Butchers. Of course there was. The land no
longer belonged to the Sovereign Citizens of the State in common.
The land was a spoil of war. There can be no bona fide residence in
the State of Louisiana, the conquerors took the land. Didn't you see
the army? Didn't you see the occupational government reconstructing
us from Sovereign to subject? Slaughterhouse Cases
[translation] Look around, they're still here. I
showed you that in the Louisiana State constitution of the
occupational government. I showed you the same thing in about five
other States . All you have to do is look in your State Constitution. There is not one Citizen
of the State of Louisiana in the government of the State of
Louisiana. It is prohibited. It's the same in your State too.
Look at Hans. He was trying to
recover a huge sum of money he had lent the State. He believed that
he was a Citizen of the State of Louisiana and surely he had a
residence. Yet, he was declared a subject without the right to
complain. Was his residence not bona fide. Of course it wasn't.
Didn't you see the army? Didn't you see the occupational government?
The land is now ours. We conquered you fair and square, you are now
subjects and we can steal anything we want from you and there isn't a
thing you can do about it. Especially with a lawyer admitted to
practice before THIS Court. Hans v. Louisiana [translation]
Look closer at the Slaughterhouse
cases. Is the Court issuing fair notice to the people up North who
still own their land. There are now two kinds of Citizenship in this
country. If you claim a right of a freed slave, a citizen of the
United State we are going to treat you as one whether you are one or
not. Your unalienable rights are as alienable as a slip of the
tongue or the simple act of walking through the wrong door. Slaughterhouse Cases

Those poor people in the South, we
took their land as a spoil of war and doomed them to the tyranny of
the occupational government. Subject to their jurisdiction. We'll steal the land of the northerners in the new deal (raw).
I showed you how the conspirators, by
act of the treasonous congress, created the inferior courts known as
the Supreme Court of the United States and the circuit court of
appeals. National Exchange Bank of Baltimore v. Peters [translation] Now, simply walking into one of
these courts proclaims you to be a citizen of the United States,
subject to its jurisdiction. If you had any rights you just
alienated them. You are a subhuman subject, a freed slave. We
control you for your own good.
The mere act of hiring an attorney
condemns you as a subject of the United States. They are officers of
the subject courts. Subjects of the United States go to subject
courts and hire subject court lawyers. admitted to practice before
THIS Court
It actually makes sense in a perverse
sort of way. There is a way to become King again, you just have to
be able to negotiate the maze designed to alienate your unalienable
rights. Therefore, the lawyers can justify their betrayal. After
all, it's not their fault that your stupid. If you're that stupid
you deserve to be a subject. Besides, aren't you enjoying the subject perks we offered you? These are the rules, follow them or
change them. You hired me to defend a subject and I will try to get
you the best deal a subject deserves. Maybe only 10 lashes instead
of the usual 50.
There is a rule of law that tells us
that everything is assumed to be legal until someone complains. You
saw it before in the Dred Scott case. Dred Scott was not freed in
the territories because congress had done an illegal act in passing
that law. Dred Scott case. [translation] The Supreme Court has made it
perfectly clear that they will sit back and do nothing no matter who
gets hurt by an illegal act until someone specifically complains
exactly correctly. Hence, until someone specifically complains
exactly correctly, the overthrow of the United States is considered
to be the legal acts of a legal government.
I have tried to show you all along
how, even when argued correctly, the conspirators will maintain the
appearance that they have a legal right to do this to you. You could
have been an esquire too instead of a mere subject. All you had to
do was go to law school. Of course we have the right to treat you
like this.
You have seen the Louisiana Supreme
Court create a whole chain of appeal in my cases that simply is
nothing less than fraudulent. You have also seen the Louisiana
Supreme Court refuse to say who owns this car. How hard is that? In
fact, to date, no one has said that I am wrong. Why could that be?
How hard is that for doctors of law? ( 10. Through the courts )
You have seen the clerk of the Supreme
Court of the United States ruling on paperwork that is obviously for
a different court. We, of course, will try again. If you will
notice, he has never said that the Supreme Court of the United States
is a congressional subject court. Nor has he said that the one
supreme Court created by the constitution and the Supreme Court of
the Untied States are the same or different courts. He just keeps
saying we can't help you.
It is obvious that there are only two
possibilities. Either the supreme Court created by the Constitution
is the same as the Supreme Court of the United States or it isn't.
Again, how hard of a question is that to ask of the Clerk of the
Supreme Court of the United States?
If the supreme Court created by the
Constitution is the same as the Supreme Court of the United States
why doesn't he just say so? Doesn't he know?
If the supreme Court created by the
Constitution is a different court, the superior court to his inferior
congressional court, National Exchange Bank of Baltimore v. Peters [translation] then why won't he tell
me where the court is or forward the paperwork? Am I to believe that
he doesn't know if a court superior to the court he clerks for exists
or what the postal address of this Court could be? And, of course,
there is no one to ask.
You have even seen the clerk of the
26th Judicial district court desperately trying to get a
signed original of the writ of Habeas Corpus so that they could claim
that I had petitioned the 26th Judicial district court to
save me from the 26th Judicial district court.
If you can believe that the people who
stole our country, our Sovereignty and our unalienable rights by act of conquest had
the right to create the Supreme Court of the United States and the
court of appeals, than you believe that the supreme Court created by
the constitution no longer has the right to save us from the invading
hoards by habeas corpus. You can only complain about a congressional
court to a congressional court. National Exchange Bank of Baltimore v. Peters [translation]
You can see from the paper work all
thorough this site where paperwork filed in one court is served, by
copy, to another court and entered into the record of both courts.
There can be only one answer. No one can admit that I am close to
finding the supreme Court created by the Constitution. Entering the
copies in the record would be admitting that I had found the supreme
Court created by the constitution.
Could they be telling me that when the supreme Court of the constitution tell us you've found them, then we will file your copies?
If you have nothing to hide, why are
you hiding it? Could it be that they might be afraid that you won't
think so highly of their attempt to create a more perfect union under
their thumb. After all, we need to be controlled for our own good
and they were the only ones smart enough to do it to you.
Either the supreme Court created by the Constitution is the same as the Supreme Court of the United States or it isn't. Again, how hard of a question is that to ask of the Clerk of the Supreme Court of the United States? But, then again, I still can't get any court to tell me in what jurisdiction we stand. Don't they know?
We have reached convergence. We have to find the one supreme Court in which the judicial power of the United States shall be vested and we have to ask them exactly correctly. Everyone else is just going to pretend that they are just doing their job and you really wanted to be a subject instead of a Sovereign. After all, we conquered you fair and square.
Are the justices of the supreme Court in a dungeon somewhere? Are they the same judges as the inferior congressional court known as the Supreme Court of the United States and just put on different hats? Have they been executed or have they just died off and were never replaced? The quest for Sovereignty, the True American Treasure continues.

It would seem that the well rounded education you received was really in the shape of a dough nut, with law being the hole in the center. They taught you to read everything but the rules. Is it any wonder that nothing seems to make sense? Haven't you noticed that rights you thought you had just don't seem to match with what you can see around you? Now you know why.
Let me remind you of Louisiana Revised Statute 1:4
"section 4. Unambiguous wording not to be disregarded
When the wording of a Section is clear and free of ambiguity, the letter of it shall not be disregarded under the pretext of pursuing its spirit." La R.S. 1:4
I don't care what you though it said or what you thought it meant. It says what it says.
Am I right or am I wrong? Do you, members of the Jury, believe me to be right or wrong?
It says what it says.
Now, where is that Court?
