11) PROHIBITION
I had originally planed
this talk to be about drugs, the Drug War and the Czar that's running
it. I realized that I should open my eyes even wider. I decided
that I need to speak to the larger issue of Prohibition in general.
But, let me start off
with the Drug War.
Remember the Declaration
of Independence. That evil King of England.
We declared war on the
King of England and all of those poor saps that were going to fight
to keep him rich and living the good life. It's good to be the King.
After all, as the
Declaration of Independence says, he had abdicated the Government
here, by declaring us our of his protection and waging War against
us.
Let me see if I
understand this correctly. We changed the Constitution to make the
sale of alcohol illegal. The price went up. Criminals got together
and made a lot of money from the markup. After all, now there was
risk. They used this new found fortune to buy guns and corrupted our
government. Organized crime flourished on the new revenue source.
This worked so well that
we keep doing it.
We took a weed and made
it illegal. You know like making dandelions illegal. If you were
caught with dandelions growing on your land you will be arrested and
your land taken away.
We didn't use a
constitutional amendment. Well, we did, but we didn't. We used a
substitute for a constitutional amendment. We used a treaty.
Article VI, paragraph 2 of the U.S. Constitution says that a treaty
is as good as an amendment. In fact, in some cases, it's even
better. We don't have to have all of those subjects pretend to vote.
Like we care what they want.
Do you remember in the
lawyer's confession they told us that Congress had been explicitly
forbidden to change the constitution by amendment. That's true,
however, the conspirators found a way around that too. The traitors
are changing our government by treaty.
I have seen stories that
say George Washington was a great lover of smoking marijuana. I have
even seen one story that says that he cut his trip to France short so
that he would be home for the pot harvest. But, then again, I have
been lied to before.
I do know for a fact that
before the invention of synthetic rope it was required, yes, it was
mandatory, that farmers grow marijuana. The female plant is the best
at getting you high, but the male plant is best for making rope.
Having a reliable supply of rope was considered to be in the best
interest of our national defense. Yet, it caused no problem from the
beginning of this country until the 60's.
Now, marijuana is so
dangerous that we won't even give it to dying people.
Just what made marijuana
such a scourge that we won't even give it to dying people? Who cares
what the people of California want. A treaty trumps a State.
All you have to do is
look at what was happening when Marijuana became illegal. There were
all of these subject objecting to being sent to war to make the King
richer. People were starting to ask some real embarrassing questions
about the government.
The alcohol drinkers were
drinking to forget their plight. Those pot smokers were starting to
examine their plight. They had good reason. They were being
conscripted to go and kill people that hadn't done them any harm.
Why, because the King told them to.
We have to crush this
movement. If the slaves, excuse me, subjects keep this up someone
may ask too many questions? They all seem to be pot smokers. Let's
just make it illegal.
There is no doubt that
the government and the once free media started lying to the slaves.
They were doing this for your own good. Remember, just like we did
to the freed slaves before.
Do you remember when we
even poisoned the pot fields in other countries so that those
insurrectionists would be killed when they smoked that stuff.
Imagine, not wanting to go and fight and die just because the King
told them to.
There's a speech in the
movie Key Largo. The criminal gives a beautiful speech about how
things will be different when prohibition comes back. The criminals
will be on top again.
The price soared. The
criminals and the kings climbed into bed together.
Kids found that if they
sold this stuff, they could make a lot of money. Then they could buy
guns to protect themselves. After all, this is a war. Say hello to
the gangs. The same gangs the Nitty an Capone used to have.
Now, these kids could
also go out and abuse the unarmed. How can we stop this. Well, we
just need more money and a bigger army for the King. Then we'll be
able to protect you from these rich hoodlums and their little armies.
Oh, by the way, we also need to watch everyone more carefully.
What a farce. You
couldn't stop alcohol when you made it illegal. You can't stop drugs
just because you made them illegal. We can't even keep drugs out of
a prison. If you can't keep drugs out of a prison, you're sure not
going to keep them out of a country.
If you want to see the
history of the Drug War, just go and read the history of alcohol
prohibition. Corrupt governments. Gang wars. Rising crime. Rich
criminals. At least with alcohol, things changed. This time the
corrupt government of the conspirators did it better. They make more
money. Pay no attention to the treaty behind the curtain.
Now, if we want to steal
your car, all we have to do is say we found some drugs in it. If we
want your house, we'll just get our armed thugs, complete with masks,
and we'll break down your door in the dead of night and put some
there. How are you going to prove that they weren't there before?`
Just as a side note, why
do the drug police wear masks? Could they be ashamed of what they're
doing or does it make it easier to abuse your fellow subject?
Not only that, the
esquires that are going to prosecute you make money. The esquires
that will pretend to defend your slave status will make money.
Aren't the police doing such a fine job of stealing your stuff?
The criminal was right,
things were different when prohibition came back.
But, there's more to the
drug war than that.
Let's take a look at
prostitution. It's the same story, just a different victim.
I imagine women are upset
with me because I have been intentionally referencing everything to
men. I'll get into that later when I talk about men, women and
marriage.
But, the plight of
prostitutes shows the plight of all prohibitions, by declaring us our
of his protection and waging War against us.
The prostitute, male or
female, can no longer assert title to their body. Otherwise, they
would be able to sell their body by the hour as any other worker
does. Whether it is a good idea for them to sell their body by the
hour that way is no one's business but their own. Their body their
rules.
We're never going to get
rid of prostitution. Just like we are never going to get rid of
drugs.
But, what happens to the
prostitute that gets beaten or cheated out of their money? They sure
can't go to the government and complain. Isn't our safety what we
set up government to protect?
Why do you think that
drug dealers have these wars? They surely can't go into court and
claim that the dealer stole their money. What else are you going to
do?
Just for the record, I am
in favor of prostitution. Prostitutes serve a very useful and
necessary function. No one can deny that the sex drive is one of the
strongest drives in a human. What do the people do that are in some
way impaired from talking a woman out of her clothes? Maybe they are
incredibly shy or think themselves ugly? What do they do? Could it
be that we would have less rapes and child molestations if we had
prostitutes. Some will play those games for a little extra money?
Maybe married men would
get laid once in a while if prostitution were legal, without having
to resort to something closer to bigamy. Remember, the King will
take his subjects children for bigamy. At least with a prostitute
everyone knows that any suggestion of emotional attachment is make
believe.
The drug addict. What if
he wants to reform? He's a bad person, we should punish him for his
lack of judgment and self control. You have no idea how many times I
have heard that from people that are, themselves, obese. I've even
heard it from alcoholics. Some revered person once said that let he
who is without sin cast the first stone.
I have personally seen a
relatively young woman, carrying almost twice the weight for her
size, tell me that it was my own fault and stupidity that I was
addicted to nicotine. I should have the self control to quit. She
was too young to remember that when I got addicted it was the thing
to do. It was cool. The only problem with this story is that I was
in jail at the time, and she was the medical person.
Here I am in jail, only
accused of the crime of misusing the master's vehicle, a crime that,
to this day, I have not been convicted of, legally addicted to
nicotine, a legal substance. Yet, the master's minion believes that
it's all right to force me into withdrawals rather to provide a
smoking room or a nicotine substitute. There's a room with a fire
hose for the people that they force into withdrawals from stronger
things. Sure I laid hands on him, but only enough to restrain him as
is the right of the Master.
But, why am I
complaining? The esquires have decreed that torture is legal. I'll
bet you thought that they were talking about doing that only to other
people. Sure I laid hands on him, but only enough to restrain him
as is the right of the Master. Sure I tortured him, but he wouldn't
convert.
No, it's the old story.
Let's create a problem that we can't possibly fix. It will cause so
much mayhem that we'll forever need more money and more power to fix
the problem we created in the first place. Barrister's Inn called it
the law enforcement growth industry. You can follow the money to
corruption and the pockets of the esquires and their army we call
police. Organized crime will flourish and control our government.
Oops, too late.
Think about it. Forget
the tax dollars we're missing, We've spent so much money trying to
stop drugs that we could have made all schools free. But, then
again, the goal is not to make better kings. The goal is to steal as
much as you can from the subjects.
When you get right down
to it. Why do you care what a King does in his kingdom. Why do you
care what they ingest. Or, for that matter, who puts their what into
whom. The criteria for Kings is your kingdom, your rules. Just
don't damage me or my kingdom.
With cocaine, it was the
black people that were going to use the stuff and rape your daughter.
With other drugs, the addict was going to steal money to supply his
habit. So we need to make it illegal and more expensive? I don't
care what he ingests, when he steals my money, then we'll go after
him.
There was a famous actor
that took a wrong turn and was destroying himself with an illegal
substance. How is that my business? If he were to ask me for help,
then it would be my business. As you would have others do unto you.
He's surely not going to rob me to supply his habit. Why is he
different from the alcoholic? How is he different from the people
that have gone to the Master's pusher? You know, a doctor.
There was another famous
person that had gotten a few of the master's pushers to give him
permission to use drugs. He even admitted that he was addicted to
this drug. He wasn't going to rob me to supply his habit either. He
got off easier than the actor. But, then again, he was in a better
position to make a deal with the Master.
Least we forget the
politicians. I have seen politicians openly confess to having broken
the law. Sure they used illegal drugs, but they weren't going to rob
me either. I have a problem with this. There are a lot of subjects
in the Master's jails solely on the basis of a confession. Are they
telling me that they should be the property manager of Kings because
they didn't get caught? Or, if they did get caught was this one of
disciplinary actions that can only be brought before the State
Supreme Court? Could it be that it's all right for an esquire to use
drugs, just not subjects? I can fix that ticket for you.
While I'm on the subject
of Hookers and politicians. Louisiana had a congressman that was
caught using hookers. Why wasn't he an accessory to the crime? Why
wasn't he charged with withholding information about a crime? By
paying that hooker was he helping the terrorists? Can organized
crime figures be considered terrorists? Maybe this too is a
disciplinary action that has to be taken to the State Supreme Court.
But, this is not the real
problem. What did he sell of mine to keep the information from
getting out? Blackmail is the reason we need decent moral people in
office.
Look at the guy that was
running for office. They found out that he was having an affair with
the wife of one of his closest associates. The question that comes
to my mind is: If you'll do that to your closest associate, what
will you steal from me? You don't even know me.
Should that woman in the
white house have been charged with prostitution. You know the one
that was servicing Bill? Did he give her something or did he just
talk her into it? She did get paid to be there? Before we found
out, did Bill sign a piece of legislation to keep us from finding
out? Or was it only the third piece of legislation that he refused
to sign before we found out?
If we hadn't found out,
who knows, with the dress safely tucked away, she might have been the
next secretary of the interior.
This was the greatest
country on the face of the Earth. Surely our government and the
press wouldn't keep secrets from us.
If you've been checking
on me and I hope you have. You've seen the Supreme Court tell you
that Kings can own property of every kind. This includes drugs. Who
is to tell a King what he can do in his own kingdom? Even then, this
wasn't the first time they said that. In the Slaughterhouse cases
they told us that it's always been like that. They even said see,
look how far back we can go. A king has a right to own property of
every kind. A king may better himself or a king may destroy himself
as he wishes, as long as he respects the rights of the other kings.
Harm another king, however, and all kings are sworn to rise up
against you. Of course, there are no more kings, but that's beside
the point.
Look around you. The
esquires get rich, yet produce nothing but trouble. The rest of us
work to try and make ends meet.
How many deaths due to
drug overdoses could we stop by having a reliable and consistent
source. Who cares about some low life slave? We're making too much
money off of prohibition. The criminals are making money. The jails
are full. Esquires are making money hand over fist. Things have
never been so good.
It takes discipline to
control our subjects. Pass me the cat o nine tails and the water
board please. Imagine, drugs and prostitutes for slaves. Who ever
heard of such a thing. Only the elite can afford that, or be allowed
to get away with it. It won't affect us, we're so much better than
you. We conquered you.
Have you ever noticed
that discipline is always something someone else needs. Nobody ever
wants someone to beat them into submission. Isn't what discipline
means? The only true discipline is self discipline. As a nation of
Kings, we are all going to have to get better at self discipline.
When you get right down
to it. The only thing that you can truly control is yourself.
Self discipline is the
mark of a great King.
The biggest problem with
prohibition is blackmail. What would happen if a policeman stopped
your daughter and told her that he would bring her to jail with the
drugs he planted unless she ... ?
If you don't ... I am
going to lie and say you offered to go to bed with me for money?
It was even in a movie,
if you don't let me in to talk to the children, I will call
immigration.
By declaring us our of
his protection and waging War against us.
How do you prove the
policeman, the agent of the overseer, is lying? If you've ever been
to court you've heard the old line. Why would the policeman lie? We
believe him, give us money or go to jail.
It's the old story, do
what I want or I will hurt you. We need you in fear of the
government. We need you helpless. At any time we can destroy your
life. Audit anyone? As long as we pick on you one at a time. The
masses won't rise up. It couldn't happen to me, they're bad people
and deserve to be punished.
Prohibition is just the
government's door to bribery. First we demonize the group. It
doesn't matter which group, prostitutes, drug users, alcohol
drinkers, over weight people, smokers, Mexicans. Pick any group you
like. Those people are hurting you. They're weak and subhuman. We
should ridicule them. We should make them suffer. Then it's OK when
the government abuses them, steals their money, and puts them in
jail. Esquires sure won't have to worry about a layoff.
Look what we did to the
smokers. Yes, I am one.
First we said that second
hand cigarette smoke was not only killing me, it was hurting you too.
How does one find out that only second hand cigarette smoke will
hurt you? I had a woman in a tole booth of a parking garage make
faces at me because I was smoking. Here she spends her days in a
box full of car exhaust fumes and my second hand cigarette smoke is
going to do her more harm than carbon monoxide. Shut yourself up in
a room with cigarette smokers and then shut yourself up in a room
with a car engine running. See which does you the most harm. By the
way, the order of the tests is important. If you try with the car
engine first, you won't get to the room full of smokers.
If second hand cigarette
smoke is so dangerous, what about fire places. Should we ban them
too. What about barbecue pits? They all produce smoke. Fireplaces
burn trees and paper. Cigarettes burn dry leaves and paper. What is
charcoal but once burned wood. Yet, my cigarette smoke will harm you
and a fireplace won't. Don't even start me on the fumes of cooking?
We sometimes burn other animal and vegetable matter when we cook.
Don't worry about it, it's only the smoke from that one leaf.
So what did we do. Those
smokers are costing us money. Our health insurance premiums are
going up.
The Master took the
cigarette makers to court. They showed that the cigarette makers
went out of their way to make smoking cool. The put chemicals in the
tobacco leaf to make the cigarette more addictive. Those evil
villains. We're going to punish those evil villains, not by putting
them in jail for the evil they did. No, we're not going to take the
fortunes away from these evil villains. No, were going to raise the
price on the cigarettes so we can abuse the very people we proved
that you abused.
Sure we should do this.
They're bad people. Not only are they driving up the cost of health
care, but the smoke they exhale is killing me. We should make them
stand outside where they can be publicly humiliated as the evil
killers of their fellow man. Where's the post to tie them to, Those
evil weak people.
Tax those evil smokers.
I'm not one of them. If I'm not sadly mistaken there is a tax on
cigarettes that pays the overtime of the overseer's militia, the
Louisiana State Police. Who's going to object to taxing those evil
smokers. Democracy anyone?
We did the same to
alcohol drinkers. Your still just as likely to get in a wreck with a
sober person as a drunk person. Let's not even get into a sober
person that's doing drugs given by the Master's pusher. Those
alcohol drinkers their getting on the road and running into me.
Their costing me money. My vehicle insurance is going up.
Then we started to screw
with just what is drunk? It keeps going down further and further.
Pretty soon, if you sniffed a cork, your drunk. Sure we should stop
everyone on the street and check to see if you've been drinking.
Then we'll all stand around and make you do silly things in front of
everybody, on the side of the road, with the "now showing" lights
flashing.
We've already started on
the fat people. The push is already on to show you that these fat
people are costing you money. Their medical expenses are so high.
It's just a matter of time before they find a way to convince you
that fat people are hurting you and should be publicly humiliated.
We've already started to look down on them on TV as weak people
needing control and discipline from the master.
People who can't afford
to pay the insurance company should have the State's car taken away
and a big orange sticker put on the car to mark them as a deadbeat.
Where's the public stockade when you need it. Why don't we just
chain them in the public square for being poor. Then we could all
throw vegetables at them and laugh because they can't reach the
water.
It is one of the greatest
dangers of a democracy. That's why our founding fathers didn't
create one. They created a republic. Sixty percent of the people
will always vote to screw over the other 40 percent as long as they
believe themselves to be immune. Sooner or later, you'll be one of
the 40 percent.
In all cases of
prohibition, who prospers? The Esquires, the police, the criminals
and the King of our government. Funny, the insurance companies seem
to prosper too. Are they the true King?
Our founding fathers knew
the dangers of prohibition. Our founding fathers also knew the power
of Kings. A king has the right to own property of every kind.
All prohibitions on what
are then called victim less crimes serve only one purpose, to set the
government, created to protect us, against us. As the Declaration of
Independence says; "by declaring us our of his protection and
waging War against us." This is no way for our property managers
to treat their Kings. However, it is the correct way for masters to
treat their subjects.
I know people who have
lived most of their lives as criminals because they like a marijuana
high better than an alcohol high or an anti-depressant high. They
have even had to deal with criminals because the master's pushers
don't deal in thought drugs. I wonder why? Amphetamines are so
dangerous and can so effect your judgment we can't let our subjects
use them. But, we give them to pilots flying fully armed aircraft.
As a King, with clear
title to my body, ruling my body by divine right, how dare you say
what I may and may not put in my body. My body, my rules.
If I am dying, how dare
you tell me that I can't use marijuana to ease my passage. Is it
more dangerous to my health than death or is it too dangerous to your
empire.
How dare you tell me that
my daughter has to be injected whether I like it or not.
Even the prohibition on
abortions did more harm than it did good. It declared pregnant women
out "of his protection and waging War against us." I am not in
favor of abortion, but, your body, your rules. There can be no doubt
that pregnancy and child birth are dangerous and life threatening
propositions. Even in the best of circumstances it has life altering
consequences. I may not think that an abortion is the best of
choices, but I will defend to the death your right to choose for
yourself. Your life, you choose. No matter what you choose, I want
you to have the best of care. I will leave your choice where it
belongs. Between you and the Creator.
It is the same with drug
addicts. It must be obvious that we can't keep some people from
stumbling. It's no reason to declare them out of our protection and
wage war against them. I want them to have a consistent product at a
reasonable price with clean needles. When they hit bottom, I would
like to have a pillow there and a helping hand as befitting a fellow
King and ally. As I would have others do unto me. We've seen what
good jail does. The rich go to rehab, the poor go to jail. Master's
go to the white house.
It does me no harm for a
person to go into a room and drink themselves to death, just as it
does me no harm for a person to kill themselves with any other drug.
Your life, you choose. But, those drug addicts will steal, rape, rob
and destroy while their high on that stuff. OK, then go after the
ones that do that. When you harm other kings, then we must stop you
from harming others, and demand not punishment but restitution.
Correct your error. If your going to be a drunk or a junkie, then be
a polite one and respect the rights of all kings. Let only he who
has never stumbled criticize you.
Of course, the people
that wrote the law are of the highest moral character and immune from
such earthly failings.
Women and men have to go
to the master's pusher to get permission to have sex. Is the
government afraid that women will get addicted to birth control pills
if they don't pay a pusher for permission? I can understand a man
going to a doctor for advice as to whether to use Viagra, but, the
necessity for permission escapes me. If the doctor says no, do we
really believe that the man is going to just accept it? Daddy said I
can't have sex with you because I can't get it up on my own.
I still don't understand
why medicine can't find a cure and eliminate the need for Viagra?
Could it be that medicine can't cure the emasculation of men by their
master? I wonder if Dred Scott had trouble getting it up after
Sandford beat him, his wife and his children. I wonder if Dred Scott
had trouble getting it up when he found out he and his family were
going to be sold to Sandford? I wonder if Dred Scott had trouble
getting it up when he had to share his wife with Sandford?
If I were to have an
infected finger and lance it myself. Why do I still have to pay a
doctor to give me permission to use an antibiotic? Isn't that what
the pharmacist is trained to do? Or, did the pharmacist get a degree
in counting pills and reading scrawl?
It has been the history
of planer Earth that prohibitions have never worked. It has been the
history of planet Earth that prohibitions have always caused the
suffering of many so that a few may get richer. They're bad people,
of course we can treat them badly. We're better than those people,
see how well we beat them. We're better than those people, see how
well we kick them when they're down. It's their own fault, they
should have been an alcoholic like me. It's their own fault, they
should have paid for the permission slip from the doctor. Even when
we freed them we kept them under the control of the police power, for
their own good. Politicians only have your best interest at heart.
You just have to look
around you. Are you one of the Sovereign People? Are you a King in
control of your own destiny, or are you a subject of the King. Are
you a King or a mere subject of the King to be spanked by your daddy
whenever your naughty and disobey your master. Do as I say, not as I
do.
There can be no doubt
that what I have been telling you is the truth. Even if you haven't
gone and seen the proof for yourself, it must be obvious that I am
telling the truth. The world you see around you makes more sense
that it did before.
All that has to be done
is the acknowledgment of the overthrow of the United States by the
band of conspirators. The United States Supreme Court has told you
the story, The accomplices of the conspiracy have even confessed in
their journals.
All we have to do is
abolish all amendments to our constitution past 12 and all treaties
made by the conquering impostors that had taken over our government.
We can then declare that all humans born in a State are Citizens of
that State and thereby Citizens of the United States.
In one fell swoop we have
reclaimed our kingdoms and reduced our oppressor to the custodian of
the common property of Kings, as is their place.
Free at last. Thank God
almighty, we're free at last.
Not only free, but equal.
God, save the Kings.
In a land inhabited by
Kings, the good don't suffer for the bad. The bad suffer for
themselves. Go ahead and drive home drunk. Just don't hit anything
along the way. Eat until you pop. Your kingdom, your rules. Go and
hide in a drug or alcohol stupor if you want. When you get tired of
it, there is always a hand to help you up. It is to my benefit to
have a strong ally.
We all stumble, just in
different ways. Let's start offering a hand up instead of banishing
them to jail.
Your kingdom, your rules.
No one punishes a King. But, we do demand restitution if you damage
another king or his kingdom.
