O.K. I showed you that a band of conspirators in congress overthrew the United States after the Civil War, and may have even conspired to start the Civil War just so that they could overthrow the country when it was over. Didn't you ever hear that the Southern States were fighting for State rights? If the Southern States were fighting for State's rights, then the Northern States were fighting for Federal Control over us all. The Northern States won. The Kings have been vanquished, long live the new King. History is always written by the winner.

We weren't watching our freedom and the servants stole it. The people that started this country told us that this would happen if we weren't careful.

Now, let me handle a few loose ends. Then I will walk you through the court case I fought. Then I will talk on various related subjects like religion, drugs, marriage and money. In those court cases I will show you that the lawyers know that the stories I have told you are true. I'll show you how high the corruption goes. All the way back to the place where the Conspirators took over the country and every branch of the Government. When I look around, I don't see Masons, I see another band of sworn associates. I see members of the Bar Association. Esquires of the King. Keepers of the secret knowledge. Of course, the Masons and the Esquires could have the same secret.

The 14^th amendment of the Constitution and Article VII section 5 of the Louisiana Constitution weren't written so deceptively by plumbers in funny hats. Nor, was it plumbers in funny hats that told me these stories that I am telling you.

I still need to talk about the theft of the land itself. You know, the theft of the land that makes a bona fide residence impossible and hence, a claim to you kingdom is impossible under the current law forced upon this nation by the confessed conspirators and their accomplices through the years.

I'll get to that next. First, I want to show you something else that I found in the Louisiana State Constitution.

All along I have been telling you that each State was a Sovereign nation. A country unto itself inhabited by Kings, created the equal of any King on earth. The people in each State government were property managers and spokes person for the Kings. It has always been this way. When the Sovereign Nation of England spoke. It was the king's will it spoke. It is the same with the States. When the States speak as sovereign nations, they are speaking the will of the Kings. We, the Sovereign People of the State. The only difference between the countries we call States and any other country ruled by a King is simply in the number of Kings there are in our countries. We are, after all, created equally. We are all Kings. Why? Because we said so. Our country, our rules.

If you read the case of Hans v. Louisiana, you saw the Supreme Court say that Hans was not a citizen of the States of Louisiana. The State of Louisiana was a sovereign nation and someone of Hans's character couldn't sue a sovereign's property manager and spokes person. Only a Sovereign can sue the Sovereign's property manager. You can't you tell your neighbor's gardener how to tend the neighbor's garden? Nor can you sue your neighbor's gardener if he steals your neighbor's house. It's none of your business. It is a matter to be settled between the neighbor and his property manager. Neither can a freed slave sue the property managers of the Kings. Ask Dred Scott or Hans.

Here goes the sovereignty of the State of Louisiana. Why not, there are no more Kings to manage for. There are no Kings left to complain. We've stolen everything they owned. Now, let's steal the pretense of sovereignty of their nation and over their collective stuff. Remember, with your great knowledge of Law you approved all of this.

Article II Section 26 in the Louisiana State Constitution.

Article II $26. State Sovereignty

Section 26. "The people of this state have the sole and exclusive right of governing themselves as a free and sovereign state; and do, and forever hereafter shall, exercise and enjoy every power, jurisdiction, and right, pertaining thereto, which is not, or may not hereafter be, by them expressly delegated to the United States of America in congress assembled." Article II $26 of the Louisiana State Constitution.

Never have I seen a more blatant example of giving with one hand while taking with the other.

We have the right to govern ourselves as a free and sovereign State with every power and right that our representatives and congress haven't stolen yet or in the future.

Remember the rump government that forced, at the point of a bayonet, the ratification of the 14^th amendment that made freed slaves out of all of us. The same band of conspirators that sent armies into the Southern States until the Kings were finally and completely overthrown.

Remember the government of the State that is in complete control of citizens of another state or citizens of a foreign state. A Citizen of the State of Louisiana is expressly forbidden from holding any statewide elective office. Only citizens of the invading state can hold office in the State of Louisiana.

The State of Louisiana that has had a puppet government of the conspirators since reconstruction and is still run by the carpetbaggers, with permission of the new King.

I guess the conspirators can't help but laugh at us. Remember Mississippi. Everyone that's a resident of Mississippi is a Citizen of Mississippi. Tell it to the Hans.

The conspirators stole everything. I told you that this was the Story of the overthrow of the United States of America. If you checked, you know that I'm right.

I showed you that everything in law is about ownership. My stuff, My rules. Is it an accident that the American people no longer own anything and are too heavily in debt to afford to own anything?

All those products we buy from China. Why can the Chinese make this stuff, pay the cost of shipping it over here and still sell it cheaper than we can make it? No matter what answer you give, you can trace it back to a rule made by the same people that stole you Kingdom, your children and all of the rest of your property. You and Dred Scott can't assert title to yourself and your family. Tell it to the Hans.

I've been promising you a talk about the bona fide residence in a State. That and your desire to be a King instead of a freed slave is the only thing standing between us and the claim on our Kingdom.

Actually, the 14^th amendment is the main impediment. But, even allowing it to stand and I can't imagine any reason why it should stand, the Supreme Court said these are the rules until their changed. Quiet honestly, I don't want to wait that long, I'll tell you why later.

I can't prove to you where the ownership of the land went. I believe that there is a section in the Louisiana State Constitution that steals the land in not too different a manner than the way they stole the vehicles.

You voted for them. They are called bond issues. They are putting up title to the property your house is on as collateral for a loan. This is a Bill of Credit which the States are strictly forbidden from creating, or emitting. The States are forbidden from doing this because it makes everyone whose property went for collateral indentured servants. You can't be free and be indebted to someone. The lender has property rights. My stuff, my rules.

Where do you think that zoning rules, construction permits, building inspections, fire protection and tax sales come from. My stuff, my rules. If you don't like it we'll take it away from you and give it to some other surf who will pay the master.

There is no doubt that the land has been stolen. The butchers would have had rights if they had claimed to be Citizens of the State of Louisiana. All you have to do is want to and have a bona fide residence in the State. Than, why didn't the lawyer for the butchers claim those rights? Why did the lawyer for the Butchers claim that the butchers were freed slaves? Did he and the Court know something that the butchers didn't? A bona fide residence was impossible even then. Why not, the puppet government of the Southern States ratified the 14^th amendment at the point of a bayonet. Surely they would have given up the land too.

The lawyer and the Court knew that Hans was a freed slave. They danced around the character of Hans, then the Supreme Court said that Hans was a citizen of another state or a citizen of a foreign state.

Who wouldn't rather be a King than a freed slave? Let's assume that Hans and the butchers wanted to be Kings. Hans believed that he was one and said so. Everybody else knew that he wasn't a King. If we assume that Hans and the Butchers would rather be Kings than freed slaves, then the only thing missing is a bona fide residence in the State.

If the State stole the land than the State would own the land and a bona fide residence would be possible on the land of the State. There can be no doubt that the land has been stolen, at least in the southern States. The question is who is the highest lien holder of the land? That's where you'll find the new King.

There is a problem with this. The 14^th amendment gives us the right to be Kings. The United States Supreme Court said so. All we have to do is to want to and claim a bona fide residence in the State.

Here's the problem. If our right to be Kings is now traced not to the Creator, but only to a bona fide residence. Than to alienate our land is to alienate our rights. Even as late as the case of Miranda v. the State of Arizona, the Supreme Court has said that where rights are involved there shall me no rule making or legislation that can take them away. Hence, any alienation of land would be illegal. Our rights have been trampled into the dirt. My right to be King is in that dirt. You don't own my right to be King. You can't separate my right to be King from the dirt, you don't have clear title to the dirt. At best the government and the freed slaves are owners in common of the dirt. The government controls the dirt part of the land, but the freed slaves own the right to be King part of the land. You can't sell one without selling the other. You have no right to sell. I go into this in detail with the Scire Facia complaint.

Sure, you can take my property for the public good, but I have to receive fair compensation for it or I have the right to go into court for my benefit. I can go into court and make a claim that I have not been adequately compensated for the loss of my right to be king. What's your price to be a slave for life, excuse me, subject. It's the same with the stolen vehicle. I want a fair price for the loss of the ownership or I want it returned.

To whom did we give the land that used to belong to the Kings? There can be no doubt that the conspirators in Congress took the land of the Southern States. Did they take the land of the Northern States at the same time? I don't know.

Personally, I don't believe that they had enough power at the time. I don't believe that the northern States would have given up their land. Who wants to be a freed slave. Besides, it's easy to screw over someone else if you believe yourself to be immune. The history of planet Earth bears be out.

Screw those southerners, turn them into freed slave, it serves them right.

All the men of property in the northern States wouldn't want to be freed slaves. I doubt if they would let their land, their bona fide residence and their kingdom be stolen. After all they were the winners. Screw the losers.

Personally, I believe that there were two cessions of land. I believe the Southern States lost their land and their right to be Kings at the end of the Civil War when the conspirators took over, with the help, if only by their silence, of the governments of the Northern States.

Of course, if the governments of the Northern States were in cahoots, they might have ceded their land at the same time and the whole country would have been overthrown. But again, the people of money that believed themselves to be the winner of the war, I don't believe, would have stood for this. This is also evidenced by the fact that even when they forced the 10 southern States to ratify the 14^th amendment, all of the other States were not in favor of the amendment. If you weren't in favor of the amendment, and voted it down, you wouldn't give away your land either.

It should be evident by now that the Civil War was started to give the conspirators in Congress a chance to overthrow the government of the United States. After all, all of those immigrants were used to having a King. They won't notice the change.

Could it be that the great depression was the overthrow of the Northern States? That was an economic crisis that would have hit the northern economies harder than they would have hit an agricultural society. We still have jobs and food, we grow it here. I don't care how poor you are, everybody needs to eat.

Let's see what happened in the New Deal. Was it a Raw Deal? Could be?

The Great Depression was an economic crisis. What do you need for an economic crisis. You need money. Where can you get money? You could borrow it? What would you put up for collateral? Did you put up the land for collateral for a loan and now the Northern States can't be Kings any more either. The Southern States would have been all for it. If I can't be King, you can't either. Or, to state it another way, If my leg is broken, my leg will feel better if your leg is broken too.

This is when the Federal Reserve Corporation was created. The Federal Reserve Corporation is exactly that. A corporation. It has a board of Directors. The Government of the United States has a minority number of seats on the board of that corporation.

The Federal Reserve Corporation is a bank. What do banks do? They lend money. Banks always want collateral when they lend money. What did we give them for collateral? Did we give them the land? Who is the agent that manages the property of the King?

There can be no doubt that We, the once sovereign people, no longer own the land. There can be no doubt that the States no longer own the land like they own the vehicles. There is no doubt that at some point the government of the conspirators, by the conspirators and for the conspirators had possession of the land. Who has it now? Find out who has title to the land and there's the new King.

Just what is the National Debt, to whom do we owe it and for what?

Of course, the State doesn't really own the vehicles. At least not out right. They put it up as collateral for a loan to finance the overseer and his army. Could it be the insurance companies that lent the money. It sure would explain mandatory insurance.

Don't follow that logic too far. Let's assume, just for the sake of argument, that at some point, possibly at the end of the Great Depression, we mortgaged all of the land for a loan of money. Since we no longer own the land we're right back where we started with the King of England. My land my rules.

A central bank was created as was the social security administration. What a coincidence? A Central bank just when we needed money and a way to pay the money back. We'll give you a percentage of whatever the subjects make in a year. We'll get your subjects to write to us every spring and tell us how much they made and what percent they owe us. They used to be called feudal surfs, but now they're called subjects of the United States or citizens of the United States. How low Kings have fallen.

Interesting thought, isn't it. Lets take this one step further. If the central bank is now the King, owner of all property, just who is the secret service, and what secret are they keeping? They were started to catch counterfeiters of paper money. Who is in charge of the paper money? Is it the lender? The King of the United States. Now, why are they guarding the president too?

Could it be that the Secret Service is there to protect the Kings investment. To make sure that the president doesn't do anything out of line. Were the Kennedy kids about to do something out of line? Would Lincoln have gone along with the overthrow of the United States? Lincoln said that the fight was over, we're friends again. The conspirators in Congress didn't see it that way. The bullet turned twice in mid air and hit the guy in the front seat.

I have all but come straight out and said that the American Civil war was engineered. Did the conspirators that overthrew the United States conspire to start the Civil War or did they just make use of an opportunity. I have come straight out and said that, in my opinion, Lincoln was assassinated because he would never have gone along with the overthrow of his beloved Union.

I am not going to get into this more than just a mention. There is a group that claim to have proof that the 13^th amendment that makes slavery illegal is really the 14^th amendment. They claim to have proof that there was a 13^th amendment to our constitution that made it illegal for lawyers to hold public office. They claim to have proof that this amendment was proposed and ratified. They also claim that the war of 1812 was started specifically to burn the buildings with the records of that amendment. If you would like more information on this possibility look on the Internet for the forgotten 13^th amendment. Could they be right too? That would mean that the lawyers tried to take over the country before, with the help of England. They started a war to keep their power.

It's not too surprising. The Idea that is the foundation of this country is a dangerous one. All men created equally. All men Kings ruling by divine right over their tiny little kingdom. What would happen if this idea were to spread. The queen of England, the shaw of Iran, the sheiks, the governments would all lose the good life. Every man on the face of the Earth a King. Could that be the beginning of 1000 years of peace?

How tiny would wars be. Really, look at every war that you can think of except the American Revolution. Take Japan. Because someone wanted to be richer, in this case the emperor, he forced a lot of people to go and die. Some died trying to make the Emperor richer, some died trying to stop the emperor from taking their stuff. If the emperor won, the people that fought for the emperor wouldn't have really been any better off. They were just the pawns. No matter what, the people that died because the emperor told them to are surely worse off. I don't remember seeing pictures of the emperor of Japan, Hitler or Stalin living in a tent and getting shot at.

Take that enslaver of people, the ruler of Iraq. He forced a lot of people to invade Iran. He forced a lot of people to invade Quaite. All of those people that fought or fought and died. Were they any better off after these wars? The King lived large no matter what. You go fight and die and someday, all of this will be mine.

Take any ruler you want, as far back in history as you want to go. I'm sure there are exceptions, but the general rule is that you go and kill all of those people so that I can be richer. You work and fight hard and someday all of this will be mine. If you don't go and fight to make me richer, I will either kill you myself, or have you thrown in jail.

What if they gave a war and no one came? What if the people of Japan had been kings and told the emperor, you want to attack some other country, then you go fight them. They haven't done anything to me. The people that believed themselves to be Kings in America didn't go to war until they broke our stuff and killed our fellow Kings and sworn allies. If you really want to know why wars are fought follow the money before the war, during the war and especially after the war. There's a lot hidden in treaties. Everyone is so happy that the war is over, no one is watching just who is stealing what. Our Civil War is a perfect example.

Look at the war in Iraq. We crushed the evil dictator based on a lie. Now we can't leave because the Iraq people can't govern themselves. Excuse me. The Iraq people have been ruling themselves for centuries before anyone knew that there was an America. Make all of the Iraq people Kings too. For the money we spent after we crushed the evil dictator, we could have made every person in Iraq a king and rich too. We would have probably come out cheaper.

Why are we exporting democracy, we are a republic, or at least, we were a Republic. Try it yourself. I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States and to the –blank-- for which it stands. Curious, you probably don't know the difference between a Republic and a Democracy. They are different. Funny you didn't learn that in school. Well, maybe it's not so funny.

Our government wouldn't lie to us would they? Not the same people that stole our kingdoms and have been lying to us ever since? Naw, couldn't happen. Politicians, you know, the ruling class, are known for their honesty and sense of honor. They're the best overseers money could buy.

Our government wouldn't lie to us would they? Nothing but a weather balloon crashed at Roswell. Our subject are just crazy. There are no strange craft in our skies. Our subjects are just crazy. The bullet turned twice in mid air and hit the guy in the front seat. There was no one on the grassy knoll. Pay no attention to the super delegates behind the curtain. The Stock market is still a safe investment even though we've gathered control of enough of your money to control the Stock Market.

Sure everyone knows that their lying. Tell it to the Hans. Now you know why.

There you have it. The story of the overthrow of the United States. I can't stress this enough, don't just believe me. Go and see for yourself.

If I were to stop here, I would just be another complainer. Yea, everyone knows that the country's screwed up. What can I do about it. I'm just trying to get by and having a heck of a time doing that.

I understand completely. I am going to show you some of the practical applications of this information. How can this information help me now. At the very end I will give you some very specific suggestions on what you can do to change things based on your level of commitment.

Some will want to attack the system like I did. Trust me, it's not for the faint of heart. Almost every time I have been in court it has been my butt on the line. No matter how hard you try, you take it personally when someone tries to take your money and put you in jail. Especially when you know that their cheating.

Others would like a more quiet and inconspicuous way to do something. I have some suggestions for those people too.

Unfortunately, if you are a religious person, you can't sit back and do nothing. To many people are having their lives destroyed by this cruel king and his minions of esquires. A king hiding behind deception.

Yes, I saw my neighbor being beaten by a cruel king. I chose to be an accomplice and allow it to continue. Every religion I can find speaks of a judgment. A balancing of good deeds and bad. Will you go to your Creator as an accomplice? What are you going to tell him? You mean that you really meant that garbage about being my brother's keeper? Evil only flourishes when good people do nothing or stated another way, to take no action is an action.

One of the simplest things that you can do is to copy this information and give a copy to someone else. I have it on good authority that we need to find 144,000 people. Someone you give this information to may be one of those.
